Clean, Careful, Minimal Disruption

Before any paint goes on, we protect your floors, furniture and equipment, mask off the areas we're not painting and keep the site tidy throughout.

Where a faster, sprayed finish suits — partitions, large wall runs or units — we mask the area fully first. Everything is cleared away and the space left ready to use at the end of each session.

Hard-Wearing Finishes That Last

Offices take a lot of traffic, so prep and paint choice matter. We fill and make good, then use low-odour, water-based trade paints wherever possible — quick to recoat, low-smell, and durable enough for busy walls and corridors.

Colours can be matched to your brand or scheme, and we'll recommend the right finish for each area, from washable matt on walls to tougher coatings on doors and woodwork.

It depends on the floor area, the number of rooms, the condition of the walls and how much preparation is needed — so we don’t quote from a rate card. Tell us about your space and we’ll come back with a free, written, no-obligation quote with the scope itemised, including any out-of-hours working.

Can you work outside our business hours?

Yes — it’s how most of our office work is done. We can paint in the evenings, overnight or at weekends, and phase the work room by room, so your team keeps working and you don’t lose trading days. Just tell us your hours and any rooms that need to stay in use.

What does an office painting job cover?

Open-plan areas, individual offices, meeting rooms, receptions, corridors, stairwells and kitchens — walls, ceilings and woodwork such as doors, frames and skirting. We protect floors, furniture and equipment first, carry out the prep and painting, and leave the space clean and ready to use.

What about paint smell and disruption to staff?

We use low-odour, water-based trade paints wherever we can and ventilate well, and by working out of hours or in phases we keep occupied areas usable. In most cases the office is back to normal the next working morning.
